Reviews and Ratings
We had a really fun time at the Cape Codder, especially with the kids enjoying the water park. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, but we encountered some cleanliness issues that were disappointing. Overall, it's a great spot for families, but I would recommend going outside of peak times to avoid the crowd.
I had a fantastic time at this resort, especially with the water park that kept my kids entertained for hours. The staff were incredibly welcoming, which created a nice environment. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, and the room was a bit humid, which was a downside during our stay.
The Cape Codder Resort offers a fun-filled experience with a great indoor water park that kids absolutely adore. However, the room conditions leave much to be desired, as they felt outdated and a bit musty. The staff is generally attentive, and I found the overall atmosphere to be charming, though there are areas for improvement.
While the hotel has some appealing attributes like delicious dining options and a good water park setup for kids, the overall condition of the accommodations leaves much to be desired. Many rooms show signs of age and maintenance issues, which detracts from the experience. The service is commendable but can be inconsistent at times, especially during busy periods. Overall, if renovations are made, this could be a much more enjoyable stay, but as it stands, I wouldn't recommend it for the price.
Our stay at the Cape Codder was memorable, especially due to the fantastic water park and various activities for the kids. The management was exceptional in accommodating our needs, and the staff genuinely cared about making our visit enjoyable. However, the chaos around the transition to Margaritaville left some room for improvement, especially with communication and service efficiency. Overall, it was a fun family getaway with a few hiccups along the way.
